We had just purchased a house in December, the former owners were not exactly forthcoming with disclosures. The “newer” roof turned out to be new by Noah's Arc standards. We had 2 horrible floods before we moved in, and half of our home was unusable.

We asked for 2 estimates, and went with Best Roofing. They are personable, responsive, and do fantastic work. We had 30 rotted boards, no wonder we flooded right? Hence the Arc reference. Best came to our aid, we had a brand new roof in 1 & 1/2 days. The crew was awesome, everyone was so personable.
If I had one constructive comment to make, there was a promise made, that if we had some big storms come through, they would do a drone flyover. We wouldn’t need to call, they would just come. After the outskirts of a tornado came through, then a few more high wind storms, lastly the effect from the tropical storm yesterday; I am confident that we are lost in the shuffle. However I would still choose them every time and I tell everyone that this company is the one they want.
We dealt with Banning and James both were quick to respond and extremely helpful. They were able to get the insurance company to cover all the repairs and a whole new roof for both the house and the large shed. The team of installers arrived on time as scheduled, went right to work like a well-oiled machine, and completed the job quickly. The cleanup was also done well, they used tarps then went over the property with the magnets several times. As I am located out of state I was concerned about the process, I went to NC to see the job being done, met both Banning and James and was very happy with everything.
