Roof Maintenance
We will perform yearly maintenance on your roof which includes caulking pipe jacks, securing lifted flashings, repair nail pops, paint rusted metal roof vents & accessories. Gold and Platinum also get up to 3 missing or damaged shingles replaced.
Roof Cleaning
We will remove any tree debris and or other loose objects accumulated on the roof once per year.
